I saw what works and what doesn't. Tools are rarely the problem. Unclear steps, double work and knowledge stuck in one person's head are. That's what I fix first.

How is this different from buying AI software?
Software is a tool. I'm the operator who decides which tools you need, sets them up around a better process and makes sure your team actually uses them. Many clients need less software than they think.
Will AI replace my staff?
That's not the goal. AI takes the repetitive work off their plate so your people focus on work that needs a person. Most owners use it to grow without adding hires for calls and admin.
How much of my time does this take?
A few hours during the audit so I can learn how you work, then short check-ins during implementation. Your team gets hands-on training before anything goes live.
How does the guarantee work?
If the systems I implement aren't working, or you're not satisfied, tell me within 30 days of go-live and I refund the implementation fee. The exact terms are written into our agreement before any work starts.
How is pricing set?
After the walkthrough and audit, once I understand your business. You get a fixed quote for each phase before you commit. No hourly billing surprises.
Is my data safe?
Your data stays in accounts your business owns. You can revoke my access at any time, and I never sell or share your information.

I'm based in New Hampshire and work on-site across New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Other locations are possible after the walkthrough.
